Yanina Feldman Levitan was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and lives in Bethesda, Maryland.

She received a degree in Architecture from Universidad of Buenos Aires, School of Architecture, Design and Urbanism – (1988-1994).

She began her career at a firm in Buenos Aires, working on commercial architecture, and designing large-scale projects such as supermarkets, shopping malls, office buildings, and movie theaters. 

 

After moving to the United States in 2000, she worked at architecture firms specializing in retail, restaurants, and hair salons, working on all phases of project design, development, and construction.

 

She developed expertise in interiors, combining the smart use of design, space planning, colors, and materials. 

 

Over the past several years, Yanina opened her own business working directly with clients and primarily focusing on designing interior renovations in the NYC and DC areas. She handles all phases of the projects from start to finish.

 

Yanina develops true partnerships with her clients, guiding them throughout the entire process, from discussing design ideas to the final construction build-out.

 

She has always viewed clients as collaborators in the design process. Her goal is to create spaces that are not only beautiful but also practical, enjoyable, and livable. 

 

As part of her design process, Yanina collaborates closely with interior designers and general contractors.
